It's kind of a shame that the 'Occupy' movement went down the toilet, but I'm pretty sure we haven't seen the last of these sort of protests. After all, nothing in the financial system has changed since 2008 and the next crash is just around the corner. Long Live Banksy!!!

Thom's observations are pretty on point although peaceful protesting is not the ultimate in a colonial society. As Frantz Fanon explains "colonialism is not a thinking machine, nor a body endowed with reasoning faculties. It is violence in its natural state, and it will only yield when confronted with greater violence." Disagree that "democratic capitalist system is one that works"...democracy is impossible in a capitalist system. For a real democracy workers have to be in power. Oppressed peoples of the US, African and indigenous peoples must take power.

Democracy is the right to vote for your representatives. If the workers vote, they are demonstrating their power. So what do you mean the 'workers have to be in power' in capitalist democracy? You take away capitalism and private ownership and you have no individual incentives, productivity plummets and the individual 'worker' has less power than ever. There will inevitably be corruption and misappropriation of resources. In some ways, democracy was born out of capitalism. It was private surplus that gave the workers power. The capitalism we all have a problem is conglomerate and corporation based systems that are nations unto themselves and have no accountability. That is the real monster.

Damon Albarn gave away his identity by mistake all the way back in like 2002 when Del Naja made the cover of Blur’s Think Tank under the alias of Banksy. Not many picked up on it at the time and the name Banksy was not even remotely as well known as it is now.

Comparing these two man with the rest of the so called "entrepreneurs" or "businessman" it's just so stupid, what they bring to the world it's just joy with their music , instead of exploiting people like the rest of the capitalists pigs. Your comment it's so out of place.
