The reconstruction of Thomas Cole’s 1846 “New Studio” at the Thomas Cole National Historic Site is well underway. Today, the construction crew of Dimensions North Ltd. of Catskill placed the roof trusses onto the tops of the walls. The building is slated to open in the summer of 2015 and will be filled throughout the year with exhibitions and events about Thomas Cole.
