thank God for the fruit lady. Her boss later found out about and fired her butt because she was costing him money. From his perspective she was a below average waitress. It always great when the corporate titans and their lap dogs from NYTimes pat the little people on the head.

It is true that we are becoming comfortable here in America. But the change for America is not to allow more immigration and bring in the the world's top talent but rather to become better than the world from within our own borders. He is right that our education quality and quantity needs to increase not immigration.

Average was over a long time ago for Tom Friedman. Now his columns have devolved into complete failures and his opinions have gone from merely bad to total shit. Average would be a HUGE improvement.

I don't cry anymore. I live in the Philippines, and watching America self-destruct from half a world away via satellite TV is too funny for words! People get the kind of government they deserve, and that's what you're getting!
