In one of the thor goes cosmic titles, thor reads a book about all his events in his life as stories and there was some he didn't know and one of them was titled "the lightning that walks"...it's cool to see this

It was revealed that Mjolnir has the Godstorm trapped inside it ages ago by Odin. The Godstorm was a sentient storm the size of a galaxy which attacked Asgard...

This is such an insane twist. They should adapt this storyline into the MCU for Thor 5 or 6 since I assume one of those two will be Hemsworth's last run as the God of Thunder and it would be a great way to go out

There is a deeper story at play here that you are not acknowledging which is the arrogance of both Thor and Oden over the years finally coming back to screw them over. In the words of Chitwadel Eijifor's Baron Mordo, "the bill always comes due."

I really hope that doesn't happen. This storyline is just taking a dump on both Norse mythology and the 60 year history of Thor. I totally agree with R Mmm. That being said, wouldn't shock me if Marvel did adapt it considering their current state

Would love to read mcu and dc comics, the problem is I can't get my hands to any of them since no one in our province sells them, I read manga/manhwa and I do hope I can find a good app where I can read good dc and marvel comics. Idk about marvel but I know in mythology Eitri and Brok forged Mjolnir. And it was lokis tampering that caused it to be short handled. Idk how I feel about mjolnir being endowed with a storm spirit. And I don’t care for the name “God of Hammers” it sounds like sarcasm. I’d prefer something like “Broken God” or something. Love the visuals the writing

Spoilers: god of hammers is basically mangog’s spirit in possession of mjiolnir going berserk killed odin and nearly would’ve killed Thor if it wasn’t for the avengers. Long story short, odin gives full power of odin force to Thor and disappears Thor with the help of gaea and OF defeats god of hammers mjiolnir is shattered Thor wakes up 4 months after thinking it was all a dream then his sister tells him it was real and that they managed to repair mjiolnir looks cracked tho with odins spirit trapped inside it THE END
