i hated that ending i felt so ripped off. jason aaron's run has been a subversive critique of masculinity. the reason he wasn't worthy is he embraced all things traditionally masculine.

The reveal of the whisper was stupid and the double bait and switch of Issue #5 (Thanos fight on cover, Thor lifting Ultimate Mjolnir) was lame; but you have to say Marvel and Jason Aaron were only being consistent in that regards. Now they have concocted yet another mystery (who is War Thor) to follow who is the female Thor and what was the whisper.

Or it could be the reason Hemmsworth doesn't want to wear the long hair , because let's face it , He didn't want to wear the helmet of Thor when he portray him in the movies 📽️ he appeared in as him. There was a graphic novel a few years back called The Astonishing Thor were he investigated the reasons of abnormal thunderstorms 🌩️⚡⛈️ coming on Earth which was cause by Ego🌏 the living planet. In this story, Thor didn't have the helmet on for much of the mission ( I personally love it when he wears the helmet because it's part of his Viking identity) showing & cathering to Hemmsworth 's view of the character. Which is why of all the MCU's actors & actoress he's my lease favorite because I don't think he fully understands the character. And Thor is my favorite Avenger

Well i love thor. .but hes not wrong. thor2 clearly f cked up thor s character and they needed a better character. .thats why they did all that . hemsworth didn't do anything he was just excited hat he would finally be able to play a better thor and it worked. IW thor is he coolest character in movie fiction...

TBH Gorr really has no room to talk. Fiction and both reality have proven mortal beings can just be as cruel as deties. Back on Gorr, he really did take things too far with his anti-god crusade, hell he killed and tortured Gods that most likely had absolutely no involvement with his suffering and his family's death.

so.... comic book writers decided that thor would not pick up a hammer when he could become worthy once more..... but once that he became worthy again, any old hammer would work as he spammed the juggernaut with hammers????? No consistency!

Thor still could have lifted the ultimate Thor's hammer...I think he believes he's unworthy and that the hammer reacts that way...because even without lifting ultimate Thor's hammer he was able to channel the lightning from it...

I’d say no. Let me put it this way: the gods have been dying and being reborn for millions of years so there have been several of versions of Odin. The reason the gods kept dying and being reborn was because powerful beings known as “Those Who Sit Above in Shadow” were causing Ragnarok over and over again. Each version of Odin made it his mission to end Ragnarok and defeat Those Who Sit Above in Shadow. Each Odin failed, but Rune King Thor was able to succeed with minimal difficulty

Those Who Sit Above in Shadow aren’t Beyonders, they’re more like the gods of the gods. Those Who Sit Above in Shadow cause Ragnarok, because the cycle of Ragnarok sustains them. The Rune King Thor storyline takes place in the main Marvel Universe and it’s canon

that was actually voted on by the public on who should win and who should fight eachother, of course they would make superman win he's far more popular and would sell more comics, marvel and dc are companies remember their priority is making money

no. actually it was because superman is evidently far more powerful. so they had to. and it woulda looked silly to have him lose to thor. thors tough. but no way near superman. but your right, superman is a much more popular and successful character and to a degree there is a lot of politics to battles and it depends who writes them since they're not actually real lol. but 1+1=2. superman losing to thor wouldn't make sense. they're both my favourite characters.

Superman can move millions of times the speed of light and has reacted to instant movement. He has survived the Big Bang. He has fought and defeated multiversal threats. Yes, he beats Thor. Period.

thor has done the equivalent to all those things, just watch this channel, we've seen thor much faster than the speed of thought (4 times faster than the speed on light), thor surivived the god bomb, and thor is one of the only beings that can fight celestials, thor is one of the only people who can defet galactus and has done many times, thor is half asgardian and half elder god and ig you take versions like rune king thor he has no limits, even base versions of thor have never showed a limit to his power, and thor could just use the matter control to urn his hair into kyrptonite soo?
