I’ve never watched you before, scrolling through YT and you showed up.., I’m 76… I thought WOW! What a beautiful young woman… then I realized it was about wigs. This is Your color. Brings out your eyes…. Totally lovely!

Kristina you look great in the shaded biscuit. I love you in the shaded cappuccino as well. Also, I have commented previously but I live that you straighten your wig when you just are not loving the curl! I know you love your In Point! I have one brand new in Shaded biscuit that I will not be wearing. I need less hair & it just runs big on me with my petite head. So, let me know if ever interested in having it in Bama. I am a Bam girl also.. my Mom orig from Montgomery. I lived in B’ham forever until too many bud got married & moved. Now in S. Florida❤❤❤

@Kristyna Moore You're not going to believe this Krystyna...lol I just changed the color to Shaded Iced Latte Macchiato. The Shaded Biscuit color is on back order, so I was able to change it. I'm so nervous! 😭🙃 I know you like Shaded Iced Latte Macchiato. Crossing my fingers! I do love ashy blondes.

@Kristyna Moore I received my Simmer in the Shaded Iced Macchiato, and I love the color! One thing I'm going to have to do is use steam or a hot air brush to straighten the waves/curls a bit. They are too tight and piecey. As always, thank you for your great content! ❤

I have not tried that particular color, but you may check out @wigfessionals on Instagram! I know that she has the Shaded Cappuccino color and may also have (or be able to get) Shaded Biscuit for a comparison! She is incredibly helpful!

Have you been wearing this for awhile now? I have seen a lot of feedback that this wig gets very frizzy and ruined in about 3-4 weeks.

I've had my Simmer for going on a year - here is the thing with heat friendly synthetic fibers, they absolutely unequivocally need HEAT. So when people are saying their wig is ruined after 3-4 weeks it is because they are not caring for it properly. So with these wavy styles I will typically take my flat iron through the ends when I wear it to smooth them out. However, eventually you will need to straighten the fibers and then recurl them to keep them nice and smooth. The straight synthetics are easier to maintain in this regard because you don't have to recurl. Hope that helped answer your question!

Simmer and some others look like they are dented between the waves. Or ironed with a crease. It has a bumpy look instead of a the way natural hair waves. (You don't find this, for instance, on Mila by Jon Renau which is even wavier, or Ocean). This is why I wouldn't buy Simmer. But you did a great review and you look pretty in any wig.

I definitely think it is a preference - Simmer is much more of the "on-trend" undone beachy wave style, whereas the JR Mila like you said, is much more of a natural wavy look. Mila is beautiful as well, though! Thank you for your comment!

Simmer is a very difficult wig to style. THAT is not how it looks out of the box. YOU pulled it off. I have a petite head and mine looks like like a piece of roadkill on my head.. How did you get it off your face? Steam??
