not coaching i don't think. i had his class in mid 90s (about 30 years ago) at spring isd middle school. he was very young and scrawny, seemed shy and distant. he could barely control his class so i felt bad for him at times. he was into music (had his own rock band, gave us his first album cd) but he only taught social studies back then. last time i saw him was my senior HS year at a parking lot (the middle school and HS were at walking distance), he was wearing a dark shade and was with a group of girls chatting and laughing and it seemed off but my only thought was well i'm glad he isn't shy anymore lol. i didn't know he was like that.

My mom is in her 60s and talks about how when she was a child, all the girls knew to wear pants rather than a dress or skirt on days when they had driver’s ed because the teacher was a pervert. When I was in 8th grade one of my teachers ,who was also our head football coach would always make comments about my body and say things about how good it would feel if I let him ( well you know what ) with me . That started a long time of abuse by him. He would even get mad if he thought i was talking to other boys. He would find reasons for me to come to his classroom each day before class, even telling my mom that I needed tutoring and that he could it before class. This was the 90's and things weren't as thought of back then. He ended up taking the one thing a girl can't get back , and yes I mean take because at that point I was hating everything he was doing to me but he had told me that nobody would believe me and how I would just get shamed for lying on him. I believed him and never told anyone, not even til this day with the exception of a few close friends. I still relive that alot in my thoughts. I've looked him up to see if he still coaches and on Facebook and literally can't find anything about him. I realize now that he was grooming me and abusing me the entire time and how he scared me into silence. Ppl like him don't care that they mark someone else for life as long as they get to feel dominant and get their own personal gratification. I don't trust anyone now. I feel that everyone has hidden motives. My kids are boys and I realize how it can happen just as early as it does to girls. I've always talked to my kids about unwanted attention and touch and they know they can always come to me and I will always believe them. What they don't know is that if someone ever hurts them like that I will put that person in the ground.
