Helena Bonham Carter has taught me a lot in life. She's basically saying " Be yourself" don't pretend to be the person you aren't that's not what life is. You go on and have fun! She is the whole reason why I want to start acting. She means the world to me. I understand other people say this too but I really, really mean it from the heart. like nobody understands

Helena and Amy are my faves they are just so gorgeous and lovely. Helena is so unique and Amy is just this adorable woman. They both are some of the reasons i turned lesbian.

This is my favorite roundtable. The actresses get along great and that allowed them to completely relax and let us see them like they really are. Plus, the fact that they are so different yet compatible allow the interview to be both fun and interesting.

If more people watched these, paparazzi and gossip magazines would be almost out of business! They are sharing their real lives to the degree that they feel comfortable. And people are always curious. So here you go. No ad interruption, no 10-15 minute interviews ....Great job The Hollywood Reporter. I wasn't aware of this program. Recently finding out that you tube got it all! : )

Since "Getting It Right", any time Helena Bonham Carter is on a screen she has my attention. I would love to hear more from her about her experience as an actor.

I just love how every time Helena speaks thing start to turn chaotic. I just think she is sooo brilliant. It was nice to see a open and honest discussion amongst genuinely talented actors with a great deal of experience of the industry. I love how when even these level headed, intelligent ladies start to get carried away talking about all the awards hoopla and expectations of dressing up and always having to look a certain way & then HBC just states the obvious which is.. well... just don't. Why all the questions are kind of sad? Is this interviewer in a sad day? the actresses are making this fun specially Helena, if not it would be hard to watch for an hour. For example, what would you do if you wouldn't act? Come on, you've got some of the best actresses of our time there to talk about acting and their amazing life.

I've watched quite a few of these roundtables now, both men's and women's roundtables, and both for actors and directors. I have to say, this one has become my favorite. The chemistry between these particular actresses had an extra "spark" to it. And made the hour especially engaging. Plus, and this matters, the interviewers didn't interrupt them as much as they often do.

Why do the interviewers always interrupt the actors? Or they never acknowledge what someone has just said and just move straight on? Just curious if any one else thought this rude?

Not only are each and everyone of them an amazing talent, but to have them all at one time? This is just incredible. It was a joy to watch. It was very relaxed and real. Thank you for this. It is a treasure.

Very insightful; thanks THR, I enjoyed that very much indeed. In addition, it’s nice to see actresses getting on so well; as the ‘media’ always makes out that they don’t get on, in movies etc a la Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. Times have changed since then, so it’s really nice to finally see actresses together and talking about their profession, but having a nice time too. I’d really like to see more actresses discussing things like this.
