You see a dude passed out face down in a pool of their own vomit and ponder "should I check if they're OK?" then they snap back to reality and scream "ANGEL OF DEEEEAAAAATH!"(regardless of what is actually playing at the moment) and you go "nah, he's fine".

Thrash metal was literally the only thing my friends in high school listened to. Then again I graduated in 1988 so that was the prime period for it.

Old school thrash is so good. I like newer thrash like power trip and Havok but there’s something about old kreator and megadeth that fits a certain mood.

@@bigmanmccheez5342 Kreator is one of my favorite bands, especially 1st two albums. I found something like that in Morbid Angel and Vader music at their early years. It sounds raw and savage, and there are a lot of long mad solos.

@@bulletflight416 it’s so dark and cool I love it. I don’t know much about morbid angle or Vader. I only really started listening to death metal and melodeath a few weeks ago but I've heard nothing but good things about Morbid Angel (didn't know about Vader)

Die Vocals erinnerten mich etwas an die alten Destruction. War nie so ganz mein Geschmack. Aber für ein "Tutorial" mehr als ausreichend. Die Texte können auch einfach aus irgendwelchen Fantasy-Welten genommen werden. Ich mein Kreator sang über Unterwelten und mit so aufmunterten Hooks wie "no reason to exist" :D
