The company in charge of this poor woman and the horrid care she received should be equally as responsible as the women who did this to her. There is NO way she could have bedsores so deep her bones were showing unless she was severely neglected. And for that to go unnoticed is inexcusable. That poor poor woman not only suffered mentally to no fault of her own but she suffered horrible physically and emotional abuse until she went unconscious. I'm a total stranger and this makes me sick to my stomach. God rest her soul.

When my mother was sick with cancer, I had to get some help. - just getting Mom out of bed feeding her and things like that a few days a week was all I needed. I remember coming home from work one day and this supposed caregiver told me that Mom did not want to get out of bed and said she wanted to sleep all day!!. I knew that was a lie because my mother never- ever slept past 8 a.m. in the morning! My mother also had Parkinson's but her brain was mentally fit! so she had trouble with putting clothes on and so on, so on this day my mother told me that this woman refused to help her get out of bed!! I went downstairs and told that woman to get out of mt house because I might not be responsible for what happens to her if she didn't get out of my face!! I called the service and I found out she was fired immediately!! I left strict instructions for caregivers!! Eventually I was able to find a couple of solid people that were dependable and absolutely loved my mom! They enjoyed spending time with her because my mother actually was pretty funny she just couldn't physically do things In fact, they all showed up when mom died which made me realize that they really truly loveed her!!❤❤❤

My primary field is in care giving. I always specific that it’s the lowest on the scale of healthcare, just to express that you don’t frequent terrible cases unless specific qualifications or circumstances land you certain cases. Working with so many people in and in so many cases- knowing how difficult it is to trust ANYONE in the process of assisting in care… this is just so so tragic and egregious. They were responsible for this individual and they not only abused their power, but tortured someone who wasn’t able to fight back. I do not understand the mind of these people and feel like there needs to be a full investigation for all their prior “patients” aka VICTIMS! I can’t get over how evil this is!?

As a home aid worker this is horrifying. Sure sometimes the patients can be a pain in the ass but so are typical people. Everyone has problems they cant control and to abuse someone for it is just awful! I hope these women get the worst! I cant imagine how scared and betrayed that poor women must have felt. It killed me just to leave work when I got pregnant. So happy to be back. The state of my patients home after being gone was inexcusable. It took me one week to get everything back to normal for her. Apparently the aids after me refused to work. They'd say things like "I'll do what I feel like doing" "you might be my boss but you cant tell me what to do", they stole items and money from her, they broke her things or would intentionally leave things blocking the exit to the home knowing in the event of an emergency that she would be trapped inside. They regularly refused to take her to the store for food or for her medicine. They treated her like a free paycheck. When people get into her job and realize shes not bed ridden but in fact quite moble in a chair, they literally get disappointed that they have to do their job, and that turns into spite towards the patient. Inexcusable behavior! These people are vulnerable and sick and to treat them like this is completely inhumane! Why we treat criminals like theyr even human is beyond me. If you can hurt another human being, especially one who's already down and injured, then you simply arent human. Do better.

What would be worse than being incapacitated and at the mercy of these 3.
