I walked into a concert with TDG opening for disturbed with this song This was my first TDG song i heard live, and every time i remember those black lights when Matt yelled "Infrared!" I ALWAYS get chills

So we’re learning about infrared light.. And my teacher asked the class “What is infrared?” And I just blurted out “A really good song by Three Days Grace”

I never knew there was a new singer until a buddy of mine told me. Just shows you that you cant even judge if there's someone filling someone elses spot. Still sounds like the old TDG.

What's sad is that Three Days Grace will probably never hear the end of all the complaints from these "Fans" who are living in the past and who can't seem to move on after 5 fucking years. Usually, when the lead of a band leaves, the style of that band changes. They start sounding really different from what they were, but here we are with Three Days Grace. The composition style, lyrics style all is the same, but it used to be Adam and now Matt. I can't appreciate them enough for keeping what they were doing with Adam alive with Matt as well. Listen to Saint Asonia if you guys miss Adam so much. Three days grace and Adam both moved on from what happened in the past. Matt really deserves appreciation for the work he is doing.

Probably one of my most re-played songs. Such emotion, such meaning, such hidden depth and such personal connotations for me to unravel, drawing parallels to my own life. I'm a hobby writer and each time I listen to the song, a new scenes spring up in my mind. This song has so much to offer that it's ridiculous that it isn't popularized a lot more. TDG is underrated, but hardly unknown! You guys need to appear on various media, doing TikToks or whatever can give you more exposure. Be more than just the name and your popularity will rise, giving more exposure to your core qualities as the awesome music and song makers. Kudos and best of wishes going forward!

Adam gave Matt the torch and he's doing a really good job so far

So this happened to me the other day. I'm a part-time photographer, and I recently converted my camera to photograph in full spectrum. Which basically means it can detect infrared light. So there I was giving my new camera a spin, and like always I listen to music while I photograph. I put on a random playlist while I was shooting pictures in infra-red, and out of nowhere this song pops up. It gave me goosebumps. It really felt like the song was talking to me, every word just hit every movement I made. My mind was literally flying at lightspeed, I made some really amazing pictures that day. Now every time I photograph in infrared I put on this song. It calms me down and makes me see things in a different light, like noone else is in the room. :) Thanks for reading my little story.

“A deep passionate love” is what Infra-Red means to me. I hear the song in a literal sense. I see it describing the love of two robots/cyborgs. They are no longer servants and are sentient. They are able to see each other in infrared and sync. When they sync they can block everything and see each other’s inner workings. The fiber optics. The artificial blood. Then they fall into each other and make robot babies.

Besides of what certain "fans" say, for me Three Days Grace is the same, which is one of the best out there regardless of their main singer or whatever. If people are not capable of appreciating the fact that the band held together as one even when its lead singer changed, and they're still making awesome songs, then they're not real fans and they should've not been listening to this band in the first place. yes, their style may have changed a bit; yes, Adam remains the best; and yes, Matt gets alot of hate now, despite it not being necessary at all. He is doing a really really great job, all their new songs/albums are pure awesomeness, he is a great singer and the most appropriate person after Adam, that's why he joined TDG. I'm pretty that if he wasn't good enough for the band, Barry, Neil and Brad would've chosen another singer. Now, I've been listening to TDG since 2009 until today and I won't stop listening to them regardless of the member line-up changing. conclusion: STOP HATING ON MATT, HE'S DOING GREAT, THE BAND IS DOING GREAT, NEW ALBUMS ARE GREAT. Adam is irreplaceable but Matt has a lot of potential! I love both versions of the band, that's what a true fan should be like. Three Days Grace, I've listened to your group's music since I was a Sophomore in High school (30 now and still listening to it!). Yeah, you lost Adam, but he was just a voice, not the music. Neil, your beats on the drum set is my favorite feeling, you know how to keep a good heavy 'thumping' (hitting it hard with feeling), but change it up to match with the rest. Barry, you know how to match up with Brad and Neil. Your guitar notes hang out in the back of a lot of songs, but DAMN it provides a good back drop, and then you utilize it as a filler, like a hand holding all the other sounds up. Brad, your sounds seem to be the focus of Three Days Grace. To me your notes are the focus, a heavy low sound with a few quick changes in between to tie it all in! Matt, what is there to say about you? You are Brad's bro, and you have a band of your own however, you do have the same feeling as Adam did when he was the voice, not a sharp piercing cry, but honestly it's as if you actually 'get' the lyrics, feel them anyways. Maybe that's just because of being in a band, or because you know how to throw your voice to match, of course it could be a result of your brother telling you how to make the words sound. Regardless.... I applaud you Three Days Grace! You've always been one of my most favorite bands, along with Breaking Benjamin, Incubus, oddly Owl City (Adam Young), and Seether. Your feeling, through sounds, lyrics, and noise, still touch me as it always has. Through angst, depression, chaos, anger, happiness, and joy, your music Three Days Grace, has always been uplifting.
