Ik this is a year later and not to be *THAT* guy, but they're also amongst my favorites of all time, only with Adam tho. I don't hate Matt at all. I really do appreciate him being there to at least keep 3DG alive and I do listen to a few of the newer songs with him, but for me, he just can't quite do it the way Adam did.

My father and stepfather both have done horrible things that deserve no respect, but i still love them and treat them as friends. Because it's a sad, yet kind of uplifting song, so the uplifting part/feel of it makes you feel a bit if you're feeling sad. If you were in a good mood before the sad part/feel of the song would drag you down. Alternatively you could enjoy it because it makes you feel like you're not alone and sort of validates your feelings.

Because we can relate, well kind of, anyway. His lyrics relate to our problems, but makes the situation seem like there is an end. They're sad songs with a happy ending, the opposite of our eyes. We see no light at the end of our dark tunnels, where Adam sees the opposite. He makes one at the end of his, to make us feel good.

It's called a Fuzz effect. Buy a Fuzz pedal or if you use digital preset amps from a Line 6 product you can download the effect.

I did further research and found out that apparently the fuzz effect changes it to be more of a square wave. However, the harmonics are rather similar in both a sawtooth and square wave, so that's why I made that mistake.

Hey dude chill, life is shit we know that. I'm only 19 and i've tried to kill myself for what, 4 times. Once by overdosing, twice by jumping in front of a car and once by cutting my wrists. Life is shit and it's full of people that are selfish, narcissistic, cruel and more than willing to use those who are willing to dedicate their own lives in helping others and put everyone else in front of them selves. I was in a relationship for one year and three months and after she left me she toyed with me another six months until i said enough and stopped talking to her and things did get better. She misses me, that's why she hates me but back to the point , it's never too late to chance things and there is always, ALWAYS another way. There are good people in this world but they are hard to find these days and the only way to know if a person is fake or real is to be yourself, be open, be honest and give that person your all. If you are holding back, they are holding back so you have to just get out there, if they turn out to be a fake and they break you and make you feel like a piece of shit then you know they weren't real. My point is, do not give up even when everything goes to shit DO. NOT. GIVE. UP. This is for all of those who are lost in life and just need a little push to get back in there and keep looking for that someone. I've done nothing but helped other people in my life and 80% of the time, i get shit but that 20% keeps me going because i know, that there are good people out there. Never give up, never give in.
