It's a photo opportunity , information gathering, overall noseiness, been flying over our place for years, the Gambia is no different than the states control, harass , never fails the greed of man is never satisfied nor are the depths of hell ever filled. Stay watchful and alert. I'm to the point i never talk to strangers about anything other than the weather. Never know who is who now day's.

I,m late tell Rahim to put a rubber glove on in place of the bottle cap , it will expand and deflate when fermenting is over. Then strain with cheese cloth making sure you don't suck sediment from bottom. Use turkey baster to suction out. No splashing. Sweeten to desired taste. The more sugar used the higher the alcohol level. You can make large quantities using this same method, just need larger amounts of ingredients.
