I know a thrift store in an old primary school where it’s everything you can get in a black garbage bag for 5$. I went today, got 24 things including a Kenneth Cole winter coat, a trench and a 100% silk scarf printed and rolled by hand, shorts, a skirt, jewelry etc....comes to 2 cents each piece😉

I try not to buy clothes too often, but something made me pop into the thrift store on my lunch break the day before Valentine's and I found a lightweight maroon striped knit dress that I'll get so much use out of (basic) & a one shoulder white sweater dress that was a little splurge in our South Texas climate (unique). My splurge & my basic were each $5. You just never know!

You have inspired me. I go to the thrift shop with one color in mind, like the one you show here, and then go to each section and just find things of that ONE Colorway and instead of putting things in my closet by type, I put them together in colorways. .

My favorite piece on you was the black blazer with metal. Run, run back and get it. I also liked the trench, the other green blazer, and conductor coat. Coats, blazers definitely can set the tone. I would have picked the jacket you purchased and if I had to limit would have bought it and the black jacket with metal.

I enjoyed your presentation style and creative process. It is easier to understand than the musical avant-garde photo shoot format. You are gorgeous but the stylistc statement and influence gets lost. Loved this one.

19:45 Hate when people do this: I find myself having to constantly move around when I'm trying something in a corner of a thrift store because there's always people who, despite having tons of space and empty aisles where they can pass through, must absolutely squeeze in the small corner I'm in with their carts :/. Or when I'm sifting through a rack: despite having the whole store to them, there's always a person who has to come right next to me. They scan me to see in which direction I'm headed, then place themselves right there and start their own search, interrupting mine lol
