The glass with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the image known as "Notorious RBG" taken from the King of New York photo of rapper "Notorious B.I.G." in which he wore a crown.

Probably someone's already answered this, but the Ruth Bader Ginsburg graphic is a mashup of RBG and and a very famous graphic of the late rapper Biggie Smalls (aka Notorious B.I.G.). People now call her "Notorious RBG" because they see her (or saw her) as a baddass like Biggie.

I think a lot of antique/vintage collectors get what they are because they want to protect their old furniture. They sold fast, I think scotty dogs are popular in all forms

5:39 That's an image of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg pictured with the crown to denote the nick-name/meme of "Notorious R.B.G." (both she and Notorious B.I.G. were Brooklyn born and rose to note in their respective fields ... I don't recal her being fond of the image). Justice Ginsburg is more often dipicted with her trademark lace collar showing over her judicial robe. She was clever, a tireless defender of gender equality and responsible for ground breaking laws; her voice is missed.
