If you look at it, this Blazers team had better talent than the Bulls except for MJ. Sabonis better than Longley, Rasheed not quite the defender Rodman was but more talented and much better offensively, Damon Stoudamire better than Ron Harper offensively but not on defense. But the bench of Portland was even better with Schrempf, Brian Grant, Greg Anthony.

To think Malone and Stockton went against a completely different Blazer squad in the early nineties with Drexler, Porter, kersey Williams and got beat by them at least a couple of times in the playoffs, now 8 or 9 or ten years later, they're both still there getting beat by the same team with completely different players, I don't think Trail Blazers are words Malone or Stockton ever want to reminded of.

Several thoughts 1. Portland was the much better team. 2. Utah was lacking offensive weapons. 3. Bryon had a good game but he sure choked at the most important time. He only had to make 1 basket. 4. The Jazz were on a decline at this time.
