Yes, that was Taecyeon that rapped with them on Sixteen! Also, Wooyoung, the blonde/light hair appeared as a guest on Sixteen in episode 4 I believe and gave them some advice on their performances. Also, as a ONCE, I highly suggest SNSD/Girls Generation! They definitely opened the door for Twice and for me, was the first group that got me into Kpop! Specifically, their song “Gee”

Okay, here is like an essay of songs and groups you should react to 😅It always makes me happy when reactors attempt to learn about the history of kpop, cuz I've been a kpop fan for over 10 years now and it's just great to see old groups be appreciated. I also love your reactions! Sistar - Loving U & Alone Sistar were basically the summer queens multiple years in a row, and I think it all started with loving you - it is such a good song! and the music video always makes me smile. Alone is also a great song by them, though less... summery. It is probably their most iconic song, and it brought back the sexy concept to girls groups when it came out. Infinite - the chaser. This was chosen as the third best kpop song of the decade by Billboard, and it is a fantastic song. Girls' Generation - Gee. Gee was the most viewed kpop song on youtube until gangnam style happened. I don't think it is their best song - but it is definitely one of theirs that has been covered by many groups. They were the nations girl group until Twice took over that title a few years ago. They have sooo many iconic songs, but Gee was their most famous and iconic one for years, so I think that is a good start. Wonder Girls - Nobody and Why So Lonely. JYPs first girl group, and everyone knows nobody. It's a classic. After they tried their luck in the US, they returned to Korea and transformed into a band, and I think why so lonely is one of their best songs from their later stuff (I really like the beat). EXO - Growl and Monster. Growl took Korea by storm, and it was a huge song for the group. I think it is still one of their most iconic songs. Monster is also a huge song of theirs and one of their best. Miss A - Hush, Breathe and I don't need a man. As you are basically a JYP stan you need to check out Miss A! They are also from JYP, I think twice has done a cover of Hush in sixteen? Breathe is also an iconic song from them (and there are sooo many covers of it). It's great. And they are queens in I don't need a man. Kara - Step & Mr Mr. Probably their most famous songs. Mr Mr is more iconic in Korea, (everyone were doing the dance with the suspenders when it came out) but I think Step is more famous internationally. Super Junior - Sorry Sorry. This is pretty old, I think it came out in 2007? But it is a song that is still really famous. Classic old kpop, and the dance was used in multiple kdramas and variety shows whenever someone needed to apologize lol. Super Junior have a lot of songs, but Sorry Sorry is their most famous song. TVXQ! - Mirotic. And purple line. And Hug. And Rising Sun. They have soooo many iconic songs and have inspired the whole kpop industry. They debuted at the end of 2003, and their last song as a 5 member band in Korea was Mirotic. Mirotic is probably one of the most covered song in kpop -- its iconic, and tvxq have inspired sooo many people to become idols. They came back as a duo in 2010, and are still active today. Big Bang - Fantastic Baby, Bang Bang Bang, Haru Haru, Blue. Big Bang was called the Kings of Kpop before they went to the military, and soo many idols (like BTS) have been inspired by them. I think these are probably their most iconic songs, but they have so many it's kind of impossible to say. G-Dragon - Crooked and That XX. CROOKED IS SUCH A GOOD SONG! I think it is his best song. The mv for that xx features a very young Jennie :) G-Dragon is the leader of Big Bang. 2ne1 - I am the best and Come back home. I am the best is probably their most iconic song, and come back home was one of their last releases. Blackpink was promoted before their debut as the new 2ne1, and it's obvious that they have been produced by the same people, so I think you will like them. F(x) - 4 Walls and Red Light. Just.... Amazing music. They have other earlier songs that might be more iconic, but personally I think these are their best songs (at least that have mvs). They're very different - please check them out. 4Minute - Crazy and What's your name? - Crazy is an amazing song, but I think that what's your name is probably their most famous song (at least in Korea). It was featured in so many variety shows and k-dramas, and it's really catchy. T-ARA - Roly Poly. This is a really famous song, and it was everywhere when it came out. You will probably want to learn the dance. Even the korean police made a dance cover 😂 BoA - Number One. This is just such a famous song. BoA debuted in 2000, and she is the queen of kpop. She has been in the industry for 20 years now. This is probably her most famous and most covered song, as it is the first song people think of when they think of BoA. However, she has many iconic bops and her music today is still great. Sunmi - Gashina. This is so iconic, and shocked everyone when it came out. Sunmi is a former member of the Wonder Girls. This song has been covered a lot, I feel like everyone has done this dance at some point. IU - Good Day & Palette. Good Day was chosen as the best kpop song of the decade by Billboard, and started a trend with the triple high note in the climax. Palette is a song which came out just a few years a ago, and features G-Dragon, and it is a great song about becoming an adult and being comfortable with yourself. Epik High - Born Hater. Technically I wouldn't call them a kpop group, this is more k-hiphop, but this song was huge. It features a lot of famous korean rappers, and members from Ikon and Winner. It's great, and the beat is fire. 2PM - My House. This blew up again recently, and it is such a good song. It is probably my favourite 2pm song, it is just sooo good. Brown Eyed Girls - Abracadabra. This is such an iconic song and dance, Psy even used this dance in gentleman. It is just a great song. CNBLUE - I'm a loner. This is a great song. It was everywhere even if it did not have an official mv on youtube until like 4 years ago (I think it came out in 2010). It's just a classic song. FTISLAND - Take me now and Severely. Technically they are considered k-rock, but they started as a kpop band in 2007. I think take me now is their best song, and it is definitely very different from everything else in kpop. Hongki has one of the best voices in Korea. Severely is one of their most famous songs, and the mv is a throwback to when kpop mvs were small movies lol. H.O.T - Candy. This is for if you really want to go back to the beginning. H.O.T. were like the first korean boy group, and candy is probably their most famous song. It has been covered a lot. Girls day - Something. SO many people covered this dance. A lot of boy groups as well. SHINee - Sherlock and View. Sherlock is such a cool song and dance is awesome! It's a classic SHINee song, and I think it's one of their most famous songs. View is a summer bop, and is one of their best songs. Jonghyun - Shinin and She is. Jonghyun is a member of SHINee, and he passed away in 2017. Shinin was released just after his death, and it is a fantastic song, and is viewed by the fans as his goodbye to us. It's full of life, just like he was. She is is a really funky song which shows his artistry and diversity as an artist. Taemin - Move. This is song and dance is so iconic. So many idols made covers of this, even Twice. Taemin is probably the best dancer in Korea, and this dance really showcases his control over his body. I.O.I - Whatta man. This is such a good song. I.O.I. existed very briefly, but they left an impact. Their vocals in this one is just great. EXID - Up and Down. This is also a really famous dance that has been covered a lot, and this song saved the group from disbandment. B2ST - Fiction. One of the choreographies with the best foot movement ever (though Got7's if you do is a strong contender). This is such a good song, and was one of the songs that made 2011.
