3:16 That ozone smell. I could imagine it again, watching this, as I have experienced during intense electrical storms. Amazing.

3:16 That one looks like a positive lightning. The explosive thunder is a clear sign that it is.

3:15 that one didn't even strike the ground and it still sounded explosive

Wow! It's so rare to get so many closeby strikes without any heavy rain or wind to drown it out. I've recorded some impressive thunderclaps, but the sound of the rain pounding the roof tends to muffle it a bit.

same here because some thunderstorms get so loud they severely vibrate almost everything! You cannot sleep through that that easy.

It's amazing I hear no car alarms going off or house alarms going off, either. In Minneapolis, Minnesota, our thunderstorms set off both alarms waking up the vehicles as they beep and honk while the sonic thunder cracks, pop and roar loudly in the night. Even our windows rattle like someone is banging on them.

Not many people have car alarms here. This one would have certainly set some off.

That kind of colour of lightening tells you that is a severe thunderstorm. Also how jagged the lightening it too.
