Bro I purchased my tb350x in November 2018, and driven about 24000 kms all the issues you mentioned are totally baseless and absurd, headlights are strong and gives very good visibility, vibrations are not too much and afterall you purchased a royal Enfield so you should not expect silent and smooth bike, yes engine paint turned greyish but no paint came out from bike, just little chipping from footrest and it's totally normal, didn't faced any problem while starting the bike or tank air, but yes there is a big problem with this bike that water easily enters from tank cap, I didn't know this untill recently I emptied my tank, there was about 2 liter water inside the tank, many people don't know this thing and this cause problem while starting the bike and this happens with all of the royal Enfield bikes✌🏻
