Thunderbirds Halifax Advert - Full-Length Version (2017)

Following the success of our 50th anniversary specials of Thunderbirds and Filmed in Supermarionation, Century 21 Films were invited by ITV to assist advertising agency Adam & Eve DDB with their new advertising campaign for the Halifax bank.
The campaign has multiple phases. For the main advert we supplied front of camera services including puppets, models, sets and puppeteers as well technical advice.

Absolutely fantastic. And for the first time ever, that someone has been capable of recreating an extraordinary mimic of an original voice to such an iconic character, in such grace as the "new" Penelope. Mindblown as whole and fun to see Parker scale 1/1. Hats off, my'lady.

There are so many awful adds on TV, but not this "Well done" to the Alifax they aint arf dun good by Parker. I will now be applying for Parkers job as i always fancied a liaison with Lady P. No strings attached of course. FAB, over and out.

Haha that was brilliant. But we all know it was completely ridiculous. Parker would have given Lady Penelope his two weeks notice to allow her to find a replacement for him. That will not be easy. Domestics like Parker after all are not born, they're made.

Haddenham's church end ( the village used in the ad ) doesnt have a red phone box in that location. And that exact spot they used also was used in the 2nd muppet film where they land in a pond.

Parker LIKES working for Lady Penelope! He's a reformed criminal - a safecracker - so she keeps him on the straight and 'narra' :-) Parker would never ditch Penelope Creighton-Ward. Also, that's Tintin, the daughter of Kyrano the housekeeper for the Tracey's of International Rescue fame waterskiing!
