I was out for two hours with my 10 yr old son , we tuck his savage 25 my savage x and hotbodys lightning buggy , awesome time was had . My son loves nitro powder. Great vid as always 👍

Nice ,you finally got to run it some more!..😎👍 Make sure that the servo throw is right on the reverse gear an yes they did sell a reverse only kit for that but you will not find anymore on market today ,all they consist of ,is another shaft with 2 spacers I believe! I have 2 Mgt's that I installed FWO kits! Also the O-way bearing in the trans may have been slipping ,that is a symptom of that as well!

I found in my Condor that the brakes were binding due to bad adjustment on my part and that caused a similar problem, I actually burnt out the clutch because it, oops. No Idea how the spur gear didn't shred either! I'm yet to have a smooth run, with no issues but I'm starting to learn that's a rare thing. 😂 Still finding nitro infinitely more entertaining than electrics though!

Love the old thunder tiger mta4 trucks they are good n fun trucks to have but I can’t second gear kicking in so it’s like have got a problem with that gearbox which needs looking at in my eyes but once you have then just adjust the linkages etc plus just need a good fine tune too buddy

Good video fella but get rid of that reverse gear not sure if there’s a forward only conversion for these but worth doing if there is I did it on my traxxas tmax and it’s a lovely truck now

To me the nuetrol issue sound like the linkage on the servo has play in it or isn’t adjusted properly so wen you let of and on it jolts it out of gear

It could be two gears in the gear box that's stripped. Cuz what happened with my thunder tiger mta4 s28 is the two that u see as soon as u take the gear box apart from the middle. I have the parts catalog for the thunder tiger and I will name the two parts (PD1444 is for FWD/REV DRIVE GEARS) then u have the second gear (PD1446 FWD/REV SHIFT GEARS). now on my thunder tiger those two gears that i named there stripped to pieces so ye Like or pin me in the comments If u think I'm right

Hello i have a kyosho pureten alpha 2 but it revs up very slow and when driving it goes really slow and it revs up itself sometimes what do you think could be the problem?

At first I thought rich, but the revving up itself makes me think possibly lean or an air leak 😅
