Neat! I just recently sewed a pair of work pants (a new pattern from The Thread Theory) and the way they have you sew the zipper is not easy and the zipper lands too close to the edge for my taste. I will write down your method, I'm afraid the interwebs are going to fail one day and all this valuable knowledge is going to disappear 😂😂😂😂Thanks!

You just taught me a good tip and that is to cut the bottom part of the lower zip facing narrower (in your example 3 cm width). I always cut the bottom layer of the zipper facing to the same width, and therefore had to interrupt the stitching of the top part of the zipper facing. Now that is no longer necessary. Thank you so much.

Are you able to upload the video of you sewing this pants from start to end? Was wondering how come you don't sew all the way to the end of the crotch curve.
