As they rightly said the staggered equipment was unfair to those who had to farther. That did make a difference.

Tia just want to know what you are focused on more when competing and/or when doing your sets? Especially with the Handstand Walks with the Rower. Do you focus more things that need to be worked on, nutrition, being faster, being stronger or just the mentality of it all? I can say when I workout at Orangetheory which is just an hour compared to your incredible workouts and competitions, I have a goal everyday and I say WWTD? (What Would Tia Do) Love you and thank you for all you do. Your motivational videos etc.brings tears to my eyes because all things are possible! Cant wait to see your BEASTMODE For the CrossFIt games!!!! Shane chime in!☺
