Iam Australian and have travelled to Tibet 20 years ago very interested in Buddhism brought up catholic and dissatisfied with the church I turned to other teachings and found a wonderful teacher you Robert thank you for your wisdom x

This talk accelerates into extremely relevant to May 16 2020. Lock down has forced people into a life style bereft of the usual distractions. Thus mental health issues. The virus kills mostly the old and sick. Isolation challenges most people. Good or poor outcomes will be apparent very soon.
