Audio is very annoying and puts off straight away… Also, please have proper punctuation when speaking as after a minute it becomes too monotone and unable to follow what you’re talking about. Otherwise, well done and keep up the good work 👍

Sounds like you have 2 audio sources recording at same time... maybe laptop or webcam... and studio mic recording too... one reason you might want to have 2 audio recording devices is incase one goes bad and so you don't have to rerecorded it.... but set one on right channel and one and left channel... then mute one on post production and upload video... just an fyi so you don't have to redo part of skit all over again

if they ask you troubleshooting questions. just make sure you know the Troubleshooting Methodology, There's several, but they're all similar. Also, almost always they ask this.. if an executive, really important person or someone in payroll calls you about a situation and they are already mad, how would you handle that situation? be prepared for that.

@robrocco5420

No, you don't need formal education in this field, but you really need experience to get a job in IT. The catch is, in order to get a job, you need experience, and to get experience, you need a job. So, I would really push to get experience however you can - internship, working as tech support for ISPs or Geek Squad or wherever you can. Try to get an A+ certification. Basically, what shows you have basically six months of experience to employers. Work wherever you can for 6 months to 1 year; it's probably going to be a basic job to start with, so you can gain experience. That's your goal in the beginning: experience, experience, experience. Your goal is to get a job like she has. Then, your goal should be learning more about networking and getting certifications like CCNA or MCSE or some kind of Linux certification, something like that, to get into networking engineering, running cables, etc. So, what her goal for her next steps in IT should be is getting into more networking and server administration - servers and routers. After that would be security, and after that would be engineering and pen testing, stuff like that. I would still say formal education is still good, but to answer your question, no, it's not required.
@EastCharmer
@EastCharmer 4 ай бұрын
also to add to this, once you get your training or certs, you can try looking for contract jobs to get experience because these jobs don't have a lot of requirements especially with experience so even if you get just a 6 month contract, atleast you gained experience

Hi ms Charm, have you encountered a Printer error where the Network PC's cannot locate the network shared printer? The error is "windows couldn't connect to the printer. check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is on, and that the printer address is correct." By the way, the error only occurs on Windows 11 OS.. Thank you
@R_C_x
@R_C_x 4 ай бұрын
First step in troubleshooting network printer issue: is the Printer on? 2. Check it's IP address. 3. Can you ping the IP address from the computer? 4. Check the Printer properties, does it have the correct IP address set matching what's on the printer. Try to avoid using WSD port. 5. Reinstall drivers??? 6. Grab a baseball bat and the printer and take it outside and whack it Office Space style. 7. Buy a better printer.
@robrocco5420
@robrocco5420 4 ай бұрын
@@R_C_x I would ping it and then shut down the printer and reping it again. (It could be a duplicate static IP). System admins love to set up printers statically, but this is a no-no. They should set it up as DHCP with a reserved IP out of the scope of the IP range that DHCP gives out. Also, check the printer's IP address; if it's 169, it means DHCP was not found. This is if no one can connect to it. Also, check the IP addresses of the computer and printer to make sure both are on the same network. Sometimes they are on different networks.
@R_C_x
@R_C_x 4 ай бұрын
@@robrocco5420 That's literally what's step 3 implies. Im not gonna spoonfeed you with 100 steps of everything to do. Also, I prefer Static IPs. We use a range of IPs just for printers that's blocked off from DHCP range. The problem with reserving IP is when you need to change IP or the printer it requires bothering the network team for reserving mac address. What you're stating doesn't even make sense. How would it even get an IP address without it being in the DHCP range????.only way to do that is to create another VLAN and set that port to said VLAN and have its own IP. That just complicates things. I was in a network team and I dont want to be bothered with crap like this. In our environment, we assign our printers from 40-59. That's enough for at least 20 printers on a site. If they happen to have more, then DHCP scope gets bumped up.
