I am Tom C. and I specialise in the field of Mental Health for a number of years. I want to place where people can relax, unwind, study and sleep better.
My videos are ideal for studying, sleep, relaxation and exercise. My aim is to provide the highest quality relaxing content that doesn’t contain any annoying talking or commentary. Research shows this can be help with mental heath.
All my timer videos are made in high quality with editing programs such as Premiere Pro 2020, Photoshop and Luma Fusion. Each video takes many hours of editing and mixing to produce the perfect timer video for my viewers.
Some video and audio files are make in collaboration with other video and audio creators with all the licenses and commercial use rights.

My teacher put this on when we are doing silent reading I really like this timer cuz it's so calming when the timer is done I am still reading for some reason because reading is my favorite subject but sometimes it gets really boring when I don't have a new book like if you had the exact same experience as me ❤❤❤don't forget to like👇👇👇👇⬇️⬇️⬇️

u may never come back to this video but remember how it made you felt ocean waves, bird calls, and sound-board piano I think of how sometimes im focused on the birds, or the ocean, and i allow the others to disappear sometimes teh birds are jarring, but i focus instead on the ocean, sometimes the ocean too repetitive so i focus on piano

We use this timer for when we are reading silently do you have like any other numbers with the same thing because it's so Carmen it comes me down so fast I might just put on like a little timer make-up like to make me calm down 4:10
