Having started her career as a child in the 1990s, she went on to acclaimed performances in Catherine Hardwicke's Thirteen (2003) and Darren Aronofsky's The Wrestler (2008). Wood has since reached new heights with HBO's hit series Westworld (2016- ), while her brilliant work in such Canadian independent features as Patricia Rozema's Into the Forest (Canada's Top Ten 2015) and this year's selection Allure has cemented her status as one of the most versatile and adventurous actors working today.

Just finished viewing this video and can say I was totally captivated for the entire video. One of the most interesting actors currently working and I believe I have some catching up to do on her movie catalog. I've seen about 5 of her projects and always held her in high regard. Of course, since WestWorld, that's become something closer to worship.

Just found the time to watch this amazing conversation and wow, I must say I love her even more. She is so sweet, kind and compassionate. This woman is overflowing with talent. I love her acting abilities, I love her singing abilities, her charm and humor, I could go on and on. Thank you to all the powers that be who made this conversation possible. I love you, Evan Rachel Wood.

Love her amazing actress. Loved her amazingly open video about being a bisexual. It opened my mind as a lesbian to bisexuality. So honest raw. Love her

That was a great interview. Loved seeing bits and pieces of movies she's been in. I sometimes watch movies and perhaps don't notice a specific actor. Then years later I see them in a role where they really stand out so I check what other movies they've been in and then realize I've seen like 50% of the movies they were in. Evan has been one of these people. Now I get to rewatch all these movies and appreciate them all over again.

Un attrice che stimo molto, oltre alla sua bravura da 10 e lode a recitare in ogni ruolo che fa. Ha avuto un gran coraggio andando in tribunale, a raccontare la sua storia che a me a scioccato parecchio! A combattere contro la violenza domestica, è una grande donna!

Has anyone picked up the hint at 10:00 when she mentions that lolita was one of the movies she watched to perform in allure ( which is about domestic abuse/possessive relationship). And i watched a youtube video of manson where someone asked him about his relationship with Evan and he mentions that she reminds him of lolita when they meet .. humm weird coincidence i think not.🤔

No, he did not say that. He said on their first date she showed up in Lolita glasses. He said he appreciated the humor.

People should remember that "Lolita" was not about the female lead per se, but about the dissolution of the "dominant" male lead into an inappropriate dependence of his own making, while creating a "dominant submissive".

Such an amazing actress still mad she didn’t get an Oscar nod for Thirteen without her being so amazing as Tracy that movie wouldn’t have been so powerful
