I can easily spend a full day in the kitchen cooking food, but for some reason even 10 minutes of baking makes me irritable? I don’t know why 😅 I try to learn more but it always seems so complicated and like a hassle… BUT For some reason this video makes baking feel accessible. Simple and easy and fun, the way cooking usually is for me. I think I’m actually going to try making these recipes!! Little mushy moment- I’ve followed your accounts for a few years now but due to life circumstances (zero kitchen access) I haven’t been able to cook any of your recipes. But I lived my cooking passion vicariously through you, and have been saving your videos, making plans to one day cook them! Sooo, I finally escaped an abusive living situation and I’m out on my own by myself for the first time. I have a lot of doubts and anxieties about the future but I cherish my safety and freedom. I’ve been cooking your recipes a lot lately and it honestly feels like a dream come true. It’s almost surreal to cook freely and happily with music playing… but then when I taste your food recipes I’m grounded and reminded that it’s reality!!
