@joshplante8142 Hi Josh, glad to see the Real Swing concepts are working for you. I agree with your thought process. The swinging skill is prerequisite to the striking skill. If your swing is consistently free, fluid, and fast through impact, then the striking skill will naturally develop overtime. And the first priority with the striking skill is to make flush, centre face contact. That develops through clubhead awareness. Once your swinging skill is consistent and you are striking the ball mostly out of the centre of the club face, then you will start to see your ball flight tendencies. If your ball flight is straight mostly with the tendency towards a fade, then I would say to just use that in your approach to your target selection and alignment: always aim a little bit left of target (of course presuming that you are right handed) to allow for your fade. The slightly higher skill of club face awareness - the ability to tweak the rotation of the club face to intentionally draw it, hook it, fade it, or slice it - then comes in to play. This skill is something you must practice for a great deal of time on the range first before you attempt to put it into practice on the course. The difference between hitting a slight fade and hitting a slight draw, the feel of it is so subtle that you can't really produce it in a physical sense. A golfing legend from several decades ago, Byron Nelson, in answer to the question, "how do you draw the ball and fade it?" said, "I think 'draw' or I think 'cut.'" Like Tiger, "Iron" Byron learned to play the game by feel, not swing technique and mechanics. As far as what you should do for yourself, I can't really say it because I don't know where you are at in your level of consistency with flush contact and the parameters of swing path/club face relationship that is producing your ball flight tendencies. Send me a couple of videos of your swing taken with your cell phone from the "looking down the line" perspective, one at regular speed and one in slow motion. I am living in WI so I am afraid I will have minimal impact on your lessons in Phoenix 🤣 However, I am very close to Canada. Do you do lessons in Canada as well I’d presume? Thanks!

@@joshplante8142 I do lessons in Canada but in the western Canada, north of Washington state/ Montana area. Wisconsin is a little east of the midline of the US (if I have my US geography correct) so that will likely be too much of a trip as well.

@lageronimo8012 I used to play basketball in high school so I suppose I could potentially teach people how to dribble. Unfortunately, the reality is that there are certain skills that every golfer needs but few will ever develop due to the fact that the vast majority of golfers and golf instructors alike are fixated on the idea that the club will just whirl through space at unbelievable speed and strike with incredible precision and close to perfectly square at contact if all the right mechancial moves are made and each body part behaves to within one sixteenth of an inch tolerance... If that is what you are seeking, I'll say to you, "To each their own, good luck with that, and all the best to you." If you would like to at least give the concept an honest look, then I would offer the following: If you live in the greater Phoenix area, come and see me for an hour long lesson at no charge. ​@@LearnTheRealSwingThe hilarious part of your entire process is you think relying upon reviews from 100+ shot golfers means your system is infallible. Never mind completely butchering what pro's actually say to contort it into something you believe in. Quite literally, because you believe in a gravity only accelerated swing, you will never effectively hit out of the sand or rough, period. Due to no ability to accelerate through any obstacle before the ball, it does increase repeatability with hackers though... And of course those are who you target. 😉
