It’s so great to see someone who had it all, lost it all, worked his ass off and dedicated himself even though he could retire and be financially set for 10 lifetime. And then for all of that grit and determination to pay off at the 2019 Masters sis just glorious. What an example

I have never played golf. I never watched golf. I found it very boring. Then one afternoon many years ago I am sitting in a business after work and golf is on the TV. So I sit there for a bit and watch. Here is this young man hitting this ball in an amateur tournament and doing it in a way that just amazed me. This young man was Tiger Woods. From that moment on I have been such a fan of his. I saw it when he announced that he was turning pro and played his first Masters tournament and just amazed me even more. If he's playing I'm watching. Even though he is amazing he is human and makes human mistakes. That's another thing that makes him unique. The way he comes back from mistakes and injuries. It did my heart so good to see him playing with Charlie just recently. Not knowing if he would ever be able to play another game of golf and then to see him do it with his son was beyond moving and amazing. Love ya Tiger. You got this!

Anyone else hear the slight slowness in Tiger’s speech? I think maybe the pain he was in had him pretty dosed up at this point, obviously leading to what happened a couple months later. Thank god he appears healthy now and I hope we get a full season out of Tiger again. Best to ever do it.

The worst mistake Tiger ever made was changing his swing with Sean Foley, I feel that swing change alone, which amplified the torque on his back, was solely responsible for ruining his back. Unfortunately, I feel Tiger is pretty much done. I hope I'm wrong tho.

This is a good interview. Very sad if his career ended like this. He was clearly in a lot of pain, and I have been a Tiger fan since 2002, when I turned 11, and it's clear that he was on medication while doing this interview. But he needed that just to function.

As a fan of golf in general and of TWs I'm a lot saddened by this latest injury and wd from the tournament. I think there is still a chance he wins a few more tournaments. I don't know why I think that. It's just a feeling. But then maybe I just hate to see it all come to an end.

It took one more back surgery, but this guy has no quit in him. He's not a saint, but he is an unsurpassed champion. I got a lump in my throat watching him on 18 at the 2018 Tour Championship.

He's back...and looking pretty good y/day after another surgery and 8 months to heal. Three more days to see if he's really ready for new season.
