Are you pushing the tipnof your wire towards the inside of the pipe, like pressure against your bevels? Or are you pushing the wire forward into the puddle?

It is interesting and informative. But it seems to me that this method is not suitable for all types of additives, if you use 13.23, it is unlikely that this will happen. When served in drops, it will boil. It can either be pushed through at a higher current or supplied from the inside . Is it 12.64 in your video?

Where do you work? In Europe? What's your opinion on esab 13.09 welding wire?
@skullbeard1339
@skullbeard1339 6 ай бұрын
@@mddenis1 I work in Russia, in the very north of the Arctic Circle. I haven't encountered the 13.09 wire yet, but as I read it, it is low-alloy, so there shouldn't be any problems with it at all. But the additive 13.23 is highly alloyed for pipelines operating at low temperatures and with a low-temperature environment. She is very refractory, she needs an increased current and she really does not like procrastination. If you delay with it, it begins to boil and pores appear. It is always advisable to feed it inside the pipe when welding the root. There may be an exception, of course, if it is pushed through a welding bath at high current, but for this you need to use a thin rod and a high feed rate. But there is a possibility of error, you can fall a lot very much or, conversely, not give enough.

@@skullbeard1339Thanks for your reply. The funny thing is that I am also from Russia, but currently I work in Europe.

@@mddenis1 Why?!) What are they paying now? I'm from Koenig. There are a lot of jobs in Russia now and they pay normally. In Europe, they pay 13-14, but if you spread it out in a circular pattern, then there is no point. Here I get 220-240, paid inter-watch, sick leave and vacation, plus deductions. Well, the main reason why I'm not considering working there now is that the governments of those countries are against us now. Not only against our Government, but also against our people. And I think it's not worth working for their economy now. Let them bring "hardworking" Arabs and Uzbeks))) And how do you like additive 13.09, where do you work in Europe?
@mddenis1
@mddenis1 6 ай бұрын
@@skullbeard1339 Finland. I get approximately same as you. I agree that payment is similar, only advantage is very comfortable apartments where you have your own room and that you can explore another country and practice language. But what I get here is minimum, you can much more if you find a direct employer
