Rapaport is awful but light skinned and strawberry blond haired people, though a definite minority, can be found among both Palestinians and Mizrahi Jews and Lebanese among others. It is a true indigenous appearance among some in the eastern Mediterranean and doesn't necessarily mean one is pretending!
