Realistically the only thing that warrants a healthy daily routine is having around 6 to 8 hours of sleep. and getting a least an hours worth of sun light threw out the day, so you can feasibly have a healthy daily routine waking up at 3 pm or 15:00, and stepping out an hour before everything closes, and then enjoy the rest of the silent night.

my cat always scratches doors and meows at unholy loudness-levels and it is SO annoying that we can basically understand each other like my cat would scream, (yes SCREAM) at my door until i open it to let her in then she would go under my table when i’m using my pc and keeps attacking my feet for no reason until i eventually tell her to get out of my room and she gets hyper-mad and tries to scratch my feet until i have to pick her up and take her out my room.
