just a little note I buy corn at the feed store clean deer corn they call it I buy a55 gl drum for $50 I grind it for corn meal and mix in with my chicken feed works fantastic and way cheaper and easier than growing my own

I saw a video on processing corn meal and he used a basic food processor and got all cornmeal but I'm sure you can stop at any time to get your grits too. Thanks for your video

Wonderful video! How much of the waste can I feed to live stock? Cobbs, husks, etc...can it all be fed to the animals so there is no waste?

This was great Jerry. I enjoyed the video. One thing which I am sure you have already thought of is to possibly get more of a heavy duty grinder that operates with electric power. But of course that would be a fairly big investment. You may prefer to do it by hand just for the fun of it, which I would certainly understand. And one other comment, you have the raw materials there to make great Mexican corn products like tortillas, tamales, etc. This involves a couple extra steps in the processing of the corn but the result is very tasty. I expect that you know all this already, but I just thought I'd mention it.

could I use this corn grinder to grind fish pellets to make them a little smaller for my bluegill to be able to get the feed into their mouth easier? Good demonstration on the corn. thx

Not as soft as Charmin or Brand X, but it only flushes in an outhouse.

Good job. I live in Mexico and would love to get this set up. I haven't found a local source of Grits but there is corn galore. If I order grits from Amazon they are too expensive. Other mills I've researched are several hundred dollars. This was an excellent video. I'll keep you posted if I succeed in making meal and grits.
