Long range work for out longer range coyote gun. Looks promising hadn’t even chronographed and we are bang on the ballistic call so happy with the results. #vortexcanada #cabelascanada #tactacam

Yes, very impressive!!! I shoot hornady 143 grain eld-x out of my browning hells canyon long range McMillan chambered in 6.5 creedmoor. I love that bullet design in that caliber. Thanks for the video!!

Hey Brandon, Glad you found a round that shoots in your .243. The target is perfect size for evaluating what your round is doing. Great Group. Definitely a shooter in that gun. Now it's time to put that gun to work on the Northern Song Dogs....! Cannot wait to see how far you put one to sleep....Happy hunting.

Hey Mark can always count on a comment from you! I wasn’t too sure how close I’d be so set in the snow to watch splashes, only one off camera to get wind dialed. Elevation is spot on which surprised me cause haven’t had a chance to chronograph this Hornady. At any rate looking forward to when the coyotes hang up in the 5-600 yard range where they think they are safe.

I need to get into a longer range type of shooting. I've wanted to for a while now but just havent really had the time for it. I've got a 243, couple of 270 win, a 7mm08, 30-06 and some others as well. I wouldn't mind picking up a 6.5 PRC to use specifically for long range target and hunting. A 6.8 western or 7mm PRC would be sweet too!

They will all reach out there for sure the 7 PRC looks interesting!

Do you think Tikka is better than browning
@BrandonandStacyHunt Жыл бұрын
I still buy both and am sponsored by neither that that just has to let a guy know I don’t have a favourite. They are both reasonably priced, both can shoot wicked accurate and both are capable of shooting shitty with the wrong ammo. I like the customizability of the tikkas and the action is great too. I think tikka targets “old style” hunter still slugging it out in the trees while Browning is chasing the long range crowd. Both are awesome factory rifles I would recommend both and it’s just a matter of preference at that point. Cheers.

If I may add my 2 cents worth.....The advance in process in the Gun industry and Bullet, powder, and other components has made leaps and bounds in the last 30 years. In todays world you can make just about any factory gun shoot bugholes. It's just whether or not you are willing to put forth the time and effort it takes to FIND the right combination for the gun you are shooting. It's all about matching the Harmonics of your gun.....
