Old players, or those who had 100% Breath of the Wild (Precursor to Totk), had to collect ALL 900 KOROKS, and the grand prize was the Master Korok LITERALLY GIVING YOU A GOLDEN SHIT CALLED Hestu's Gift. So, Old players crucify those bastards for making them waste their time gathering those trinkets. (Mind you, you had to do outrageous stunts, and hoops just to discover them)

You got to respect people's creativity in tears of the Kingdom and it makes me really want to play it now.

First Zelda game I ever played was Twilight Princess on my brother-in-law's Game Cube, who took his own life some years back. I really enjoyed that game, and RE4, which was the other game he had me play.

I think the reason why people hate Koroks so much was because in the original breath of the wild where you had to collect 999 Korok seeds and when you where in the Korok forest after giving them to the great deku tree you literally get GOLDEN POOP for collecting all of them.

3:41 to explain why people hate the koroks in BOTW and TOTK essentially the developers hid 900 Koroks in BOTW when you only need 441 to maximize out your inventory and in TOTK they added in 1000 Koroks total which means you have 200 of the backpack ones that you have to reunite with their friends and 800 just out and about but you only need 440 total to fully maximize your inventory slots

Fun fact. The only 2 right handed Links are trained knights. Knights are trained to wield their weapon in their right hand. So they’re both likely still left handed.
