It normally wouldn’t matter if your foundation was a slightly different shade, because after blending it in fully and adding contour and blush it corrects it. But she uses so much that a slight shade difference turns into a crazy foundation mask on her skin.

The wrong skin tone complexion for her completely even the bronzer was the wrong tone for her. I’m no expert but it seemed to me she had more pink in her skin she needs to find a better foundation that will match her skin complexion and a better bronzer as well. But everything you pointed out was accurate!

right I was just saying the same thing she goes on saying that she uses her hands for foundation and gets it all over her hands and stuff but then you see the timer at like almost 2 minutes and then it cuts and her hands are clean. no way if I'm doing 10 minutes worth of makeup routine I'm definitely trying to do it the fastest easiest way in my hands would just take longer I feel like especially having to wash them in the middle of my makeup routine when I tend to wash my hands before or after. I don't need to be doing it no two three times

yesss same! i have oily skin and powder foundation with some spot concealing has been a lifesaver. wearing liquid foundation feels so weird now. i have found that powder foundation doesn’t last as long on my face and i need to reapply it throughout the day, but most compacts come with a sponge and mirror so it’s not a problem. powder foundation takes like 3 steps out of my base routine

I apply foundation with my fingers too cus it suits my face better but i dont put 5 pumps of foundation on my face cus it's gonna cake. It's basic logic, that much about of foundation cakes. It's not calling hating, it's called common sense. She says she does this technique to cover up her freckles but in reality there is literally better way to cover up freckles, I have seen so many people use much less product than her and still covered their freckles perfectly but again who am I to tell her how to put on her makeup, if she likes it that's on her but nobody should get influenced watching the way she puts it on.
