What’s even stupider is that with some exceptions, male lions really are the beta soyboys of the apex predators; they don’t hunt and if they’re not banished from the pride to wander & ultimately perish alone, they basically just lie about being largely useless with maybe an occasional beat-down by one of the far more badass (and definitely more ‘alpha’-esque) lionesses 🙄😛
