Good video quality but man is there some improper engine buillding technique going on here, some kid is gonna replicate what was done here and bend a pushrod, have a flywheel slip on him, or leak compression because the copper head gasket wasn't annealed prior to installation, these are the big things I can think of amongst many others which are less important

It's not a big deal but you don't need the push rod guide with Champion rockers. And you should check the rocker geometry. I noticed a difference on 2 different 196 heads.

But I must say I like your shop, and what kind of kart did you install the motor on? really like the design of that wouldn't mind picking one up myself

What did u have to set ur valve lash to on the intake & exhaust side? I have the same 236cc kit but it hard to turn over once cylinder head is installed

Did you need to grind anywhere inside the block to create clearance for the rod and banzai cam??

Where you find cams for it?

T orque to 65 ft/lbs, don't leave any grinding compound, or it will eat your crank seal.
