The Judd's as a family is what motocross is all about at the local level. Just a Dad supporting his three kids in their riding. They are as core as core gets.

Tim Cotter is the kind of person who would go out of his way to be a dick to someone.

In 2002 I was in the d14 scene and there was a rumor going around that Davey's father was touching himself and flashing his genitalia to a 5 year old girl in a Wendy's lobby while the little girls mother had her back to him. The "official" story was he had on really short shorts... None of us in my scene believed it at the time and today it makes total sense. People like this always out themselves in a position where they are "doing a service" but that's always surface level. Unrelated but something that you can find evidence of is the reoccurrence of young children and teens disappearing at the Loretta Lynn Ranch. This is unrelated to the amateur MX races. I've always said, where there is smoke there is fire.

Dade is a local track to me I read the arcticle and it said he was hit as he was pulling off the track after getting back on I wasn’t there so what I say doesn’t hold any weight but lack of flagger was my initial thought although dade and Tampa always have flaggers how ever I’ve caught countless flaggers on their phones or sitting down in a chair with there hat over there eyes the sport needs flaggers especially when you have classes where guys are jumping and others aren’t or people want to take breathes and ride half speed a few laps into the 8 lap moto/ practice while others are prepared to push through it flaggers have to be prepared to throw that warning to upcoming riders I don’t think it would hurt to have extra volunteers if your kid is out on the track you should want to be out there watching out for each others kids motocross is dangerous and these tragic situations can be avoided I just feel we aren’t doing good enough

Its all about filtering out kids with limited resources. They do the Same thing at the qualifiers letting mods race with stock. Kids show up with 2-3 bikes modded to the hilt and they get bunched with kids on stock bikes.

The $500 camping fee is lame to begin with! If someone is staying with another family the camping fee should automatically be waved! If my kid was going to race, and he was gonna stay with another family the whole time, there is no way he should be charged for a campsite! Why pay for one that won’t get used! Why not just let someone else get that campsite. Maybe im not understanding. Is the $500 camping fee the fee you have to pay to just stay on the property for the week or is it an actual campsite that you get to park your motor home or set up your ez ups? Or is it just one fee you pay if you just have one person racing? Say I bring my kid and his brother or sister, mom and dad, is that one $500 fee or is there a per person fee? I feel if you have 3-4 kids who are all racing, all staying in one campsite together it should be one $500 fee for all of them. Not $500 per kid that’s racing! I hope they got their money back or fee waived. MX sports makes enough money that week before any camping fees! I know entry fees aren’t cheap for Loretta’s, then I’m sure to rent a campsite isn’t cheap. MX sport has plenty of sponsors who pay top dollar, the tv package pays top dollar to be there. I just feel the greed is getting out of hand for an amateur race! These families already pay out the ass just to get there! The gas money it costs to drive a motor home or tow a trailer there is a fortune! Kids bikes gotta be in tip top shape and parts aren’t cheap, time off of work to get you there! And for MX sports to extort more money out of these already struggling families to get there and race is absurd. Then to have Tim Cotter threaten kids and even parents isn’t the way you handle things! The parents and kids are under enough pressure just being there is through the roof! I wish I would win the $1.5 billion dollar lottery! I’d build a facility 100 times better than Loretta Lynn’s and hold the Amateur Championship there and make it worth it for the kids and families! $500 for the week to just park there! Come on! I’d make it $10 a night tops. I’d have facilities where you could shower, do laundry, buy parts and groceries at normal prices! No need to price gouge just because you can for convenience! I’d run it my way! Where everyone is treated equal and respectful! If I got a report of someone acting like Tim Cotter was, he would be removed from the property and banned! I’d try and make it affordable for everyone and a good time for everyone! I could go on and on. So just pray for me to win the lottery so things can change for the better!

It looks like the father made a camping reservation. Almost guarantee you that there is a no cancellation clause in the camping reservation that would be the reason for MX Sports contacting the father about payment. The video of the Father, the original video of the father does not disclose these fine and critically important details.. Additionally the father have another conflict with an expert on the underage wavier issue. It looks like the father's lack of understanding about the process is the actual source of the conflict. It looks like the father is the cause of the conflict because his lack of understanding of both the camping ground contract and now the writer waiver issue.
