3 strategies for prioritization by Tim Ferriss 1. Optimize for skills and relationships (Even if the project fails will I develop skills past that failure) 2. Which of these (goals/task) would make the rest easier (Not all priorities are equally weighted) 3. Excitement (Which one are you constantly thinking about!!)

Great approach! I think his first point is most important. The second we started focusing our business' focus on building relationships and leveraging our network (with the task that we do day to day), we saw our business opportunities EXPLODE. You never know what will come from a task that doesn't seem super important at the time (even just doing some small task for someone that you look up to or has a connection to someone else that you want to connect with). It's all about building the relationships and setting yourself up for success!

Prioritization Questions: (Consider doing this daily in the morning) List 3-5 things that are ESSENTIAL to complete . Which one, if done, makes the rest easier or irrelevant? . If I only get this done today, will I be happy with my day? . Are you especially fearful or uncomfortable about one? . (Most feared often means most important, with some risk of rejection or conflict) . Which one will allow me to develop Skills and Relationships even if I fail? . Which one excites you? . To each of you trying to improve, trying to be a better you, thank you. I strongly believe the world doesn't need more or better products, we just need better quality people and the rest will follow.

Slightly better than Cuban in regards to how the advice applies to Amazon Market place sellers. It is showing the glimmer of light and hope can turn things around. Oh great personal approach in delivering your message like if I was your friend.

i can't think of really anything other than "hiring someone else to do all of these other tasks" that would make all of the other tasks on my list irrelevant. Can you give some examples?
