WHAT YOU NEED:
- Brewer (We use V60)
- 19g of ground coffee (medium fine)
- Scale
- Hot water (98 degrees)
RECIPE:
- Pre-wet the filter, add grounds, and shake to level
- Add 19 grams of coarsely ground coffee to the brewer and make a hole with a stirring tool
- Tare the scale, start the timer, and pour a bloom of 60g
- Use a stir stick to prevent clumping
- At 45 seconds, start pouring until reaching 230g
- At 1 minute and 25 seconds, start the final pour up to 330g
- Swirl the brewer
- The brewing process should finish around 3 minutes to 3 minutes and 30 seconds
