Too much estrogen can make you fat. Do you want to know how to lower it so you can lose weight? This applies to both men and women and there's a good chance you're estrogen levels are higher than they should be.
Stop drinking alcohol. All alcohol is estrogenic, particularly beer.
Stop eating polyunsaturated fatty acids. PUFA metabolites promote cellular uptake of estrogen which can lead to increases in estrogen
Increase all fat-soluble vitamin consumption, particularly vitamin E as this can help balance out high levels of estrogen.
Prioritize meat over plant-based foods. Red meat and even raw dairy are high in stearic acid which is a known estrogen receptor antagonist, and when consumed can reduce estrogen
Get rid of soy since it's high in isoflavones which are phytoestrogens and therefore estrogenic.

Yeah except I went to an endocrinologist and she knew less than I did (background was biochem and molecular bio) about hormones. She tried telling me a test level of 380 was normal just because it was in range. It’s not.

@@DarkLord_Immoran go deficit more, you will just hurt your metabolism. Caloric deficit is dumb. You can eat 500 calorie per day and still gain weight. Whereas I eat 4000 caloric ( 800% more than what you did ) and possibly sustain the fat or even losing my fat more ☺️😂

this video misinforms a little bit. estrogen isn't super bad. we need some to actually function. however, it's the testosterone to estrogen ratio that is out of order for most men nowadays. that needs to get fixed but getting rid of estrogen as a whole is dangerous

I eat oil-free, low-sodium, mostly whole plant based foods--beans, lentils, tubers, etc. zero fat issues, sleep issues, etc. no problem with strength, flexibility, balance, and so on. Eat meat when I feel like it but very rarely.

I just stopped eating the Hellman's mayonnaise that I love so much and few days without it (it's the oils in it), my blood glucose gone down. I wish you much more success, thank you!!!!

Soy is unique in that it contains a high concentration of isoflavones, a type of plant estrogen (phytoestrogen) that is similar in function to human estrogen but with much weaker effects. Soy isoflavones can bind to estrogen receptors in the body and cause either weak estrogenic or anti-estrogenic activity. Soy is safe for weight loss.

You are incorrect on the soy isoflavone phytoestrogens. Lol. Now i have to question the rest. Phytoestrogens are week estrogens, and binding to the receptors blocks animal estrogens from getting in. The stronger animal estrogens are blocked, meaning that men actually have reduced serum estrogen levels with high soy intake. I'm curious if lowering is healthy for men, but with the amount of estrogens in dairy, it might balance my diet to have a bit of both dairy and soy (i usually have oat milk and cow kefir. There's just so much misinformation out here.

He doesn't know Omega 3 is a part of PUFA 😂 Here's the thing, 3 or 4 years ago, keto and carnivore people use the word Omega 6 (which is Linoleic Acid and another kinds PUFA) for this same of argument. But then fast forward, the omega 6 buzzword dies down, and then they interchange it with PUFA and Linoleic Acid, and then boom they're relevant again. Basically this dude is obviously unqualified, and absolutely full of shit. Some of his word are okay but whenever he talking about weight loss, or promoting carnivore/animal based, he's shit.

If you get time then please reply. I was planning on purchasing an oil extraction machine....so that I will have pure oil at home....I mean basically go buy raw organic items and extract oil at home to use as cooking oil and stuff like that. So in your opinion, what will be the best oil that is good for health....for example sesame seed oil.... Anything else that can be used as oil in food.

@@RenZen136 So for starters, consider how this question is framed- “what is causing…?” What people are you referring to, exactly? Because those suffering from high estrogen/hormonal imbalances tend to know so because of specific issues that led to it. For example, stress, medication or a specific procedure, or being overweight *could* cause that issue. However, 1) you’d want to speak with a healthcare professional and find out if that actually applied to you, and 2) those are potential causes. There is no definite data that says if x, then your estrogen will increase. Hence why this dude is a grifter- he’s taking established data and trying to spin it for his own financial gain.

There is nothing wrong with estrogen in your system. It forms when testosterone breaks down into its smaller components meaning a person with high testosterone has higher estrogen levels. It's a powerful anabolic in the presence of testosterone which means more muscle development and higher endurance. Also the only way to lose weight is through a calorie deficit. Your hormones hardly if at all get affected by these foods, so eat whatever works for you.

Cut out the dairy. Full of estrogens. It's breast milk made for baby cows, not adult humans. Eggs are chicken periods that are filled with hormones, cholesterol and saturated fat - clogs your arteries. Read scientific studies (for example Harvard Health medical journals) and you will realised that plant based foods and the phytonutrients/vitamins they contain are essential for health and can't be found in animal products. Dairy is packed with oestrogen, is highly inflammatory and full of antibiotics which leads to antibiotic resistance. Look it up!

you gotta be kidding about removing PUFAs in your diet. also i was always in good shape when i ate tofu, or in worse shape when i removed it from my diet. i think its one of the healthiest foods you can eat. the idea that soy promotes fat gain, has been debunked in view of outcome data which is far more useful than mechanisms

Mostly incorrect. Estrogen is primarily stored in Adipose (fat) tissue. The more adipose tissue, the more estrogen your body will store. The liver does break down estrogen, and drinking too much can impede the liver’s ability to do so. Speak to a licensed clinician, not a guy with a degree from KZfaq university.
