The process begins with disassembly.
The rider's seat and plastic fairings are removed and then the fuel tank and handlebars with throttle cable are removed.
The exhaust pipe and muffler are removed and then the front wheel and axle.
The front fork tubes and triple trees are removed along with the front fender.
The rear mono-shock is unbolted and the drive chain is removed followed by the removal of the rear wheel and axle shaft.
The rear brake hub is removed followed by the rear swing arm and mono-shock.
The carburetor is removed and then the main frame followed by the foot pegs and finally the engine.
The process of assembly then begins.
The engine with foot-pegs is bolted to the main frame.
The rear brake pedal and linkage rod are attached followed by the swing-arm.
The rear mono-shock is installed and bolted to the swing arm followed by the rear wheel and axle.
The new drive chain is installed followed by the carburetor, manifold, exhaust pipe, and muffler.
The front Triple-trees are installed with new bearings and grease.
The front fork tubes are installed into the triple-trees followed by the handlebars.
The front wheel is installed with the axle followed by the front brake caliper and master cylinder.
The throttle and cable are installed followed by the clutch cable and lever.
The gas tank is installed followed by the rider's seat, plastic fairings and both fenders.
The kick-start lever is installed and handlebar pad.
The kill-switch is installed and connected followed by the air cleaner assembly.
The graphics are applied and the spark plug wire is connected.
The side-stand is installed and fuel is added to the tank.
