When the patient arrived initially you did the EKG before the pain meds. Is that because the meds could affect the EKG results? I thought MONA came first when in an ER environment. No? Studying for NCLEX now!

First patient really concerning. Pt took nitro pre-hospital and thats the BP pt most likely had a BP of a systolic 250+ that is crazy. EMT here
