As a first time mum to a 10 week old this really resonated with me and actually made me quite emotional - you have validated my feelings of frustration around not achieving what I realise even more so now has been an ambitious list of daily tasks. I've had days where I've felt like such a failure but am applauding myself today for cooking dinner and am also planning to move a walk/exercise to the top of my to do list more often. I listen to your videos while I care for my 6 month old daughter, I’m alone most days. They speak to my experience & help me to get through it with Grace and a sense of normalcy. My previous comment was much shorter, but as I stepped into the shower & smelled poop in the air, then a breastfeeding session quickly thereafter, I knew I wanted to say more!
