How do you combo with Grinning Ignus/Stormfront Riders ?

Each time you return Grinning Ignus to your hand (for just one mana), you'll get a 1/1. Not an infinite combo or anything, but quite powerful in limited!

beast whisperer doesnt make you draw cards when u flicker a creature...

You're correct. Which is why we said bounce not flicker. Dream Stalker, Whitemane Lion, Venser, and others can ETB and bounce themselves, which will mean every time you cast them, you draw a card from Beast Whisperer.
