I admire your patience and your persistance, especially with that quite hostile female in blue who had the gall, or ignorance to respond to one of your questions, as to why she did not have this or that information with: "because I dont". She must be related to the equally hostile female chair who actually "reprimanded" you, for asking questions. While they seem to all come from the departments of "Passing the Buck", they also seem to lack manners and intelligence. Here, among the voters we are happy that we now have some intelligent and genuinely interested in the people's concern senators, even if you have to beat your heads against some stone walls. They were clearly lying about not being able to access the data from there. We just spent years working from home and the government departments absolutely relished that opportunity so they were all capable of accessing their work data from anywhere. And who travels anywhere important without their work laptop?
