Also, all VERIVERY MVs have a narration in the video description about the storyline, so if you read those under each video, you will understand better each MV. Also, they have short concept films that also add to the story. Basically all VERIVERY music is a whole movie saga haha

This comeback left me with my mouth open with how incredible it is, the entire album is just a 11/10 for me, I may or may not have listened to it 10 times already lol "Original version" is because the version for broadcasting that is posted on the 1theK channel is censored, it doesn't have the guns, which means no sexy Minchan hanging off from the car window... a crime if you ask me. About lore... explaining it is really hard, I suck at that and with it being just my own theories I don't want to influence you or anything, and I know you like to figure things out by yourself. I guess I can say it's basically about one's inner struggles and battles and is represented using doppelgangers and parallel dimensions if I try to be very vague about it. The story has been around for a long time and it's divided in arcs so everything is connected. It officially started with the Tag Tag Tag MV (though I think I see details in their MVs prior to it but it's very small stuff that probably doesn't matter). From Thunder onwards (once they started to post the MVs on their official channel) the videos' description boxes have a sort of explanation to whatever story they're telling in the MVs, they're sort of vague and kind of metaphorical but they helped me with my theories so they could help you. Watching their Concept Films, Individual Films (recently released after O) and Character Teasers is also a good way to understand the story and the characters, they're pretty short but as someone who was all up and around Vocaloid years ago this is a lot more than what we ever got back then 😂. Also, I'd personally say their DIY MVs are part of the lore but I don't think not including them will take away from anything, they can feel a bit like fillers but I still recommend them because the boys produce them and they're so good anyway. I think there are theory videos about everything but I never watched them so I can't recommend anything, sorry. I really hope that helps somewhat.

I am with you here. I saw them on Road to Kingdom but apart from the Photo performance nothing really stood out for me (and I fell in love with ONF ❤️ so my attention was elsewhere). I liked some of their title tracks but not enough to really dive in. But then came O and I was like 'wait a minute' and now this song and MV really blew me away. I watched their showcase and you can see the growth since Road to Kingdom. They are on 🔥 . Their dancing and choreo is on another level and it feels like they really are at their peak. I hope that they get a win with this comeback they really deserve it. The storyline...I have kind up on that to be honest 😆

I'm not the best at lore so someone else would probably be able to explain the details a bit better than me, but they do directly connect the ending of the Trigger MV with the beginning of this one, with the building exploding, it's the exact same scene. Trigger and Get Away are continuously referenced throughout Undercover (Yongseung's orb, Hoyoung's bedazzled skull, I believe Minchan's compass, and more are in both those MVs). there's also other pieces like the doppelgangers have been a constant theme since Tag Tag Tag, and Kangmin has been "shot" in different MVs over the years (in the scene where they all are confronting their doppelgangers in a circle, you can actually see Kangmin doesn't punch his, they draw guns on each other instead). lastly, "No Devil Lived On" is a palindrome, so it's spelled the same backwards! ONEUS has also done the "DEVIL/LIVED" palindrome as well, it's a really cool theme :) also, the "fancy pajamas" are part of their fighter/boxing ring concept, you can see it better in some of their photos but Dongheon's outfit is supposed to be like what fighters wear before their fights. they definitely have been said to look like fancy pjs though so you're not far off haha if you ever have time, it's bit of a longer-winded way to learn names than a guide but you can definitely learn about their personalities through their variety show, Chaotic VeriVeryland!! which has a hilariously on-brand chant to match. also the editing in it is TOP. NOTCH. I can't even explain it but you just have to see for yourself, their editor is the MVP of that show! and as the name suggests the show is just VeriVery getting to be the silly chaotic family that they are ^^ anyways I've gone on long enough haha but I'm glad you've been loving VeriVery so much! they're one of my ults, and this + 'O' really are different from anything they've ever done, so I'm INCREDIBLY PROUD OF THEM!!
