For me, padding does not equal comfort. I have found the thinner and wider harnesses like the solution to be massively more comfortable than thicker and more narrow padded harnesses like the momentum.

Think the Solution harness rather summed the intent of the video, more about feel than features with an intermediate harness where you’re paying for a bit more comfort and maybe marginal specificity cause your first harness can be an all arounder. The ghost is quite specialized and advanced, and the cr4 is not specialized and more beginning to all arounder (choose a cr3 as you don’t need the double hip buckle for layering only leg buckles

99% of the climbing he does is in a harness. He only does big solos once in a while. So no, not really.

I mean, he does climb with a harness most of the time, but he's not really known for that. It's time for a BD 0.0mm Honnold signature rope April fools.

So Momentum is adjustable and very comfortable harness which carries more weight so you suggest a harness that weights more and is less comfortable as an upgrade? This video makes no sense. Either you do sport climbing as a begginer so buy a harness for sport climbing and then maybe one adjustable if you get more into mountaineering or alpine climbing if you need it. Those suggestions on your channel are sometimes just awful. And you guys seem to not understand the Climbing gear at all.

The momentum is an absolutely bomber harness! I've tried loads of different harnesses but can't get past the comfort of the momentum! Using the DMM renegade for trad though, still comfortable but with more gear loops and some more features that make it more suited to the task, although it has been designed for the job so no surprises there!
